- Problem
- This Dell Inspiron 15 arrived with a severely cracked display — part of the screen had gone black, and the rest showed heavy color distortion, making the laptop unusable. The impact had also cracked the top of the screen's frame, separating it from the bottom and side sections.
- What we did
- Ran a full diagnostic to confirm the extent of the damage, then removed and replaced the panel with a new FHD IPS touchscreen (1920×1080), secured and reseated the cracked frame section, and verified the touch function and display calibration before handoff.
- Result
- The laptop is back to a bright, clear display with full touch functionality — the client is back to using it normally, with no loss of data.
- Problem
- A local business preparing to open only had camera coverage at its entry points on an existing IC Realtime system, leaving blind spots across the rest of the property — including the drive-thru.
- What we did
- Added new Reolink PoE cameras configured to work with the existing IC Realtime NVR, including dedicated drive-thru coverage, and built out a proper rack with a patch panel and PoE switch to support the system's storage and audio/video recording.
- Result
- Full camera coverage across the property before opening day, with reliable storage and audio-video recording — giving the owners visibility into every part of the business from day one.
- Problem
- A local restaurant dealt with constant connectivity issues — point-of-sale terminals losing connection mid-transaction, unreliable guest Wi-Fi, and background music (streamed through YouTube) cutting out. The cause: switches cascaded on top of each other, damaged cabling underfoot, and two separate routers with no real separation between guest and internal traffic.
- What we did
- Removed the tangled and damaged cabling, consolidated and properly reconnected the equipment, and configured a dedicated connection for the restaurant's Toast POS system, separating guest Wi-Fi from the internal business network.
- Result
- Stable point-of-sale connections during service, reliable guest Wi-Fi, uninterrupted background music, and a clean setup that's easy to service going forward.
